Phonics and Reading

Today we would like you to revisit the ‘ng’ sound. Please watch the lesson at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JuJJh81ncXU Ask the children to write the sound ng and spell words with ng in them. E.g sing, ping, ring.

*Please be aware, we do not ask Year 1 to write using any letter joins.
