For today’s activity, we would like to challenge the children to write some sentences to describe someone important in their family who has helped them with their home learning.
Children should write 2-3 sentences and try to use adjectives to describe e.g kind, caring, helpful.

Please read the following with your children. They should read each sound, green words and red words. This will help the children to read the short text.
Maths

In Geography we have been learning about our local area. Today we would like to compare our old school with our new school. Look at the photographs and see how it has changed.

Task: Our school looks very different today. Find one thing that is the same and one thing that is different. Write a sentence about what you have found out.
