The Harton Primary Puzzlers enjoyed a visit to the Marine and Offshore Training Centre to share their innovation project idea linked to this year’s theme, Submerged. The children discussed their idea and asked questions about how to develop it further. They also gained an insight into the careers different members of the MOST team had experienced. The staff also taught the children about the importance of water safety and they were then given the opportunity to experience the environmental pool, which is used for survival training for people who work offshore. The team had the full experience with wave, wind and rain as well as realistic light and sound effects. We’d like to say a huge thank you to the staff at MOST for their expertise and support!
