Year 3 have been investigating an ancient artefact known as a petrosphere! Over 400 have been found by archaeologists. They are believed to be around 4 thousand years old and date to the late Neolithic or Stone Age times. Nobody knows exactly what they were used for but we made some great inferences based on what we already know about this time. After that, we used clay to create our own petrosphere.
