To keep our spirits high and our bodies moving….here is a 30 day music challenge for everyone.
Try and find a song that matches the description for each day and dance along to it.
This is just for fun (no need to write them down) and don’t worry if you can’t find a song for every day.
(This is originally an American challenge, so the words ‘colour’ and ‘favourite’ are spelled differently)
Here are some more fantastic exercise to keep your mind and body fit and healthy.
Disney Dancing– dance along to this Disney classic and if you know the words sing at the top of your lungs. I did and felt awake and ready to start the day.
The 60 second challenge- Fast feet.
Here is an activity for all you footballers out there. How many times can you dribble a ball around a marker and back in 60 seconds?
Balance Time- I know we have some fantastic gymnasts in school and being able to balance is a really difficult skill. I wonder if you can complete all of the activities on the task below?
