Good morning year 2,

Today in English we are going to be writing questions for the baker Thomas Farynor. His bakery on Pudding Lane was where the Great Fire of London started. What questions would you ask him if you could? Remember to use the question hand to help you to think of different ways to start your questions and use quizzy question mark at the end of your sentences.

Today we are looking at unit fractions. Your worksheet is in your learning pack and you will need a pencil and rubber to complete it. Remember to go through the teaching slides first to help you.

Today’s spellings is looking at the suffixes on pages 24 and 25 in your spellings booklets. 

This half term, our topic will be ‘The Great Fire of London’. Today, we will be looking at London landmarks, use the slides, videos and PowerPoint to support your learning.
