This week Y3 looked at what causes a tsunami, the damage caused by tsunamis’ and how we can keep safe during a tsunami. We worked in small groups to create our own tsunami to see just how powerful they would be. We discussed the after effects of a tsunami by looking at lots of different images of the damage they have caused. We then thought about the safety precautions we could take in the event of a tsunami.
