Year 1 have really enjoyed our sessions with Nadia from tranquil tree house.

Nadia comes into school and teaches us about how to recognise our emotions and we learn ways of coping with ‘yukky’ feelings like anger and sadness.  Last week Nadia showed us how deep breaths can help us to calm down and clear our minds. We used breathing buddies to help make sure we were taking deep breaths.
