Year 3 were so excited to take part in a Stone Age experience day last week!

We looked at a prehistoric timeline, explored Stone Age artefacts and pretended to be hunter-gatherers, looking around our school field for different useful resources. We all had a go at lighting a fire using a flint, cooked bread over the fire and worked in teams to build nomadic shelters.

What a fantastic day!
