We would like to invite you to a welcome meeting in our school Community room on

Thursday 23rd June 2016 at 9.30am

or

Thursday 23rd June at 2:30pm

(The community room is accessed along the side of the building near the car park)

This short meeting will inform you of our intake policy, the structure of the school day

and lunchtime arrangements.

It will also give you a chance to meet your child’s new teacher. Unfortunately, we are

unable to offer a crèche facility and would therefore ask you to not bring young children

to this meeting.

Within the nursery day, your child will visit their new classroom for a series of one hour

sessions called ‘Getting to Know You’.

These will take place on the following dates :

Friday 1st July 9.30 am – 10.30am

Friday 8th July 9.30am – 10.30 am

or

Friday 1st July 2.00pm – 3.00pm

Friday 8th July 9.30am – 10.30 am

(there will be only one Nursery session on this day 8.45am – 11.45am)

We look forward to meeting children and parents.  A letter has been sent to parents/guardians with the above details and will inform you which welcome meeting you need to attend.

Please ensure you return the tear-off strip which comes with the letter by Monday 6th June 2016.
