Years 1 – 6 received a visit from Dr Michael Knowles from Sunderland University who talked to the children about routes into a career in engineering. He showed us what engineers do and talked about the racing cars that Sunderland University engineering students make every year. The children thought of interesting questions which they shared with Dr Knowles.
