For today’s maths we will be recapping yesterdays lesson and building on our interpreting pictograms skills.

Starter: If 12 children play Rugby, then each circle = 3 children True or False? Look at the pictogram below and add your answer with your reason to the comments box.

Yesterday you all had some super ideas when planning your mythical story. Today we are going to write the opening of our story. This is only one paragraph and it should include:
-Introduce main characters
-Describe main story settings
-Begin to introduce a problem.

Before you begin your video lesson on your Google Classroom with Miss Whitehead make sure you have a pencil, some paper and your plan in front of you. You are going to complete your paragraph as Miss Whitehead goes throughout the lesson.
