Convert the numbers you have written down
to letters (A=1, B=2 etc).
Make a mathematical word out of your letters.

Main Teaching Video: Today we will be looking at column method with exchanging using 2 digits multiplied by 1 digit. Watch the video then have a go using the worksheet below to help you set out your calculations.

Activity: Multiply 2 digits by 1 digit trailing column method.
