Today we will be focusing on tables – not TT Rockstar ones!
Tables can be used as another way to represent data. We can use a table to quickly see how many of a certain item was counted.

Well done for completing some fabulous work this week with your story writing. Today is going to be the last day of work on our unit Myths and Legends where we have been focusing on the text Beowulf. I know you have all enjoyed this topic and produced some fabulous work!

Today, your task is to write the ending of your story. The ending of the story brings everything in the story to an end and makes sure the problem of the story has been fixed.

Think about the follow questions for the ending of your stories:
– What has changed?
– Has your character died?
– Was there a celebration?

Today, in the ending of your story, your teachers are looking for you to include the following features:
– Exciting adjectives
– A range of sentence openers
– Powerful verbs

Can you challenge yourself to use a simile and speech in your work? Your teachers would be so impressed!
