Good morning everyone!
Google Meets will take place at 8.50am and 2.30pm. Morning meets will be used to discuss the work for the day. We will use our afternoon meet to read more of This Morning I Met a Whale by Michael Morpurgo.
The lessons for today are Maths, English, Reading Plus, Spellings, PE and French.
Maths:
Today’s focus is division. You are going to be dividing a 3-digit number by a 1 digit-number. Watch the video and then complete the sheet. Use the place value to counters if you need to.
English:
Yesterday, you started to read This Morning I Met a Whale. Your task for today is to describe the riverbank setting. You will need to include fronted adverbials, adjectives and similes.
Reading Plus:
Complete 20 minutes of activities. Remember to use your Re-Reads if you need to.
Spelling:
Look at this week’s spellings and then complete the attached activity.
French:
Today’s focus is the morning routine. Learn a French song all about this!
PE:
Complete a PE lesson with Joe Wicks. Visit his YouTube channel to join in.
