Phonics

Literacy

For Literacy this week, we are going to be using the story ‘Dragons in the City’. This story can be found in your home learning pack and on Google Classroom. Ask your adult to read the story to you. Once you have listened to the story, use the story sequencing pictures to order events from the story. Can you retell the story using the pictures?

Maths

Today we are going to be comparing length. We would like you to complete the White Rose, Growing 6, 7 and 8, week 3, session 2 activity. The video and resources can be found at:

Topic

Today listen to the Chinese New Year story. You will find the video on Google Classroom.

In your home learning pack, you will find a cutting activity ‘Chinese shape dragon’. Using your scissors carefully, cut the shapes and use them to make your own dragon.
