Our friend Nadia from The Tranquil Treehouse came to visit us today and she taught us about self-regulation to help us to calm down if we get angry feelings. We thought about a time we felt angry, how that made us feel and what we did. We talked about fizzy feelings and how to release them without us hurting ourselves, others or things around us with actions or words. Nadia showed us how to perform lion breath to help us if we have angry feelings.
