The ‘a better u’ network have put together a leaflet which aims to provide some useful help and information for South Tyneside residents during the festive period.

The Christmas Information leaflet contains up to date emergency contact details, information about food banks, and pharmacy opening times during the Christmas and New Year bank holidays.
