Phonics

Today we would like you to learn the sound ‘oo’ (poo at the zoo). You will find a video at:

We would like you to watch the video, recognising and saying the ‘oo’ sound. Once the video has finished use your whiteboard from your home learning pack to practise writing the ‘oo’ sound.

Challenge: Can you write 3 words with the ‘oo’ sound?

Literacy

We would like you to listen to the story ‘Whatever Next!’.

Have a go at writing the labels to go with the picture. You can do this on your whiteboard in your pack.

Maths

We would like you to explore the White Rose session 1 Activity. The video and resources can be found at:

When you record your answers, remember to use the Ten Town characters to form your numbers correctly.

Challenge: We would like you to go on a number hunt around your house. Can you find any numbers?

Today we would like you to draw your own ‘Shape Rocket’ we would like you to draw different shapes to make your rocket.
