Literacy 

All of this week we have been gathering together facts to include in our non-fiction booklet.

Today we are going to be learning about whales eat and how.

What do you think whales eat?

Maths

Today our maths activities involve counting forwards and backwards within 50.  We will be using a number track to help us.  Hope you have your thinking cap on as you will need to spot some mistakes and find out what is missing too!

Art

Joan Miró was a Spanish Catalan painter, born in Barcelona in 1893.

As well as painting, he enjoyed sculpting and printmaking.  He painted in different styles throughout his life.

In the style of Miró, we are going to create our own version of ‘The Farm’.  Choosing lots of things from our own life.  Click on the link to view ‘The Farm’.
